Meet Dave Ostler, President of Quantum Alarms.  Dave is experienced at installing, troubleshooting and servicing alarms and other low voltage systems.  He has installed large-scale systems in buildings over 300,000 square feet as well as smaller office applications.  He is experienced in Security Alarms, Fire Alarms, Camera Systems, Access Control and Central Station Alarm Monitoring.  Dave is NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) Certified in Fire alarms and Licensed as an Alarm Contractor by the State of Illinois.
